Choose where to place the sticker on the machine or on the tool. Make sure it is a clean and as flat as possible surface. Then, attach a new sticker to the surface.

How to associate QR codes to machines with Piko
Follow the steps shown in this page to associate your physical machines or tools to their profiles on Piko using Piko QR codes!
Attention! Before doing this process, make sure that your fleet structure is correctly recreated on Piko.
1. Attach the sticker to the machine or tool
2. Scan the QR code and access Piko
Open the camera on your phone and frame the QR code to access Piko. You will see a page that informs you that the QR cose is not linked to any piece of equipment yet. Click on “Link now”.
You’ll be asked to login with your Piko credentials.
3. Identify the asset
You need to link the QR code to a specific asset from your Piko fleet. To do this, you can scan the serial number. You can also scan another code that identifies the asset; it’s important that this identifier is present on the asset’s card in Piko. Otherwise, the system won’t recognize the asset and will suggest creating a new one using the scanned identifying code as the serial number.
Click on “Scan the serial number” and take a picture of the serial number or of another identifying code present on Piko to identify the machine.
4. Review and edit
The association between the asset and its card on Piko is complete! You can now label this specific QR code, for example, to indicate its location on the machine, e.g. inside the cabin, outside on the back right, etc…
On the same page, you can optionally edit the information stored by Piko for this specific asset and save the changes.
