Each file is related to a model or an asset, but you don’t want all your documents to be read by your customers as soon as they scan PIKO QR codes. No problem! PIKO will take care of this: PIKO can perform document classification and restrict access to private information, ensuring document security.

Private and public documents

Since Piko is able to recognize which documents to associate with models (manuals, tutorials, etc…) and which documents to associate with assets (insurance, certificates, etc…), then the sensitive information that you don’t want to be accessible by anyone who will use your machine can be protected.

In fact, when you print a QR code and associate it to an asset on Piko, people that will scan it will be able to read only the files associated with the model. They will see the manuals and other general documents, but not other information.
